Products & Stock
Jay Jalaram Mobile Shop stocks a range of smartphones, mobile phones, and accessories from popular brands. All products sold by us are genuine and sourced through authorised channels. We do not sell counterfeit, refurbished without disclosure, or grey-market products.
- Product availability changes daily and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Stock levels fluctuate based on supply.
- Photographs, descriptions, and specifications displayed in our catalogue or on social media are for guidance only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
- Brand names, model names, and specifications are the property of their respective manufacturers.
- We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time without prior notice.
- In the event that a product you have paid for becomes unavailable, we will offer you a full refund or an alternative of equivalent value.

Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted in store and via WhatsApp are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, as they depend on market rates, manufacturer pricing, and stock availability.
- The price you pay is the price confirmed at the time of purchase. Verbal or written quotations given in advance are valid at the time of issue only and may change before purchase is completed.
- We accept cash payments at both our Bharuch branches. Please enquire about other accepted payment methods at the time of purchase.
- Special offer prices are valid while stocks last and cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.
- We do not engage in hidden charges. The price agreed at point of sale is the total you pay.
- Deposits, if taken to reserve an item, are non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with the purchase.
Always confirm the final price with our team before completing your purchase. Prices shown on social media or third-party listings may not reflect our current in-store pricing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue with a product bought from Jay Jalaram Mobile Shop, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid purchase receipt.
- Products showing signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Accessories such as earphones, screen protectors, and cables that have been opened and used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless found to be defective on arrival.
- If a product is found to be defective on delivery or within the first 7 days, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.
- We reserve the right to assess any returned product before approving an exchange or refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please bring the product and your original receipt to either of our stores or contact us via WhatsApp to arrange an appointment.
Warranty Information
Smartphones and mobile phones sold at Jay Jalaram Mobile Shop are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which vary by brand and model. Jay Jalaram Mobile Shop itself does not provide an additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer offers.
- Manufacturer warranty terms, duration, and coverage differ between brands. Please ask our team about the warranty applicable to your chosen product before purchase.
- Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's assessment and are not handled directly by Jay Jalaram Mobile Shop, though we will assist you in understanding the claims process.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, damage from unauthorised repair, or damage resulting from misuse.
- Accessories are covered only by any warranty stated on the product packaging. Many accessories carry no manufacturer warranty or a limited 30-day defect warranty.
- Retain your purchase receipt, as it may be required to validate a warranty claim.

In-Store Conduct
Jay Jalaram Mobile Shop is committed to maintaining a welcoming, respectful environment for all customers and staff. We ask that all visitors observe the following:

- Handle display products carefully. Any damage caused to display items by a customer may be charged to that customer.
